Community
Support

We offer a variety of services in the Southern Washington community to support peers in both mental health and substance use recovery, which are open to peers coming to Pier 360.

Our community support services include the East Center, the West Center, the Warm Line, Employment Services (EmployAble Initiative), Sports & Recreation, and more.

The Centers offer a safe and sober environment open to anyone wanting to participate in a recovery-based, supportive community. Our supports and services are offered free of charge or time constraints.

The East & West Centers are intended to be a supplement to traditional mental health or substance use services, and is not a replacement for medical or clinical services.

The Pier 360 Warm Line is based in Vancouver, WA and operates every evening. When you call the Warm Line you are talking to a peer who has their own lived experience with mental health conditions and/or substance use and strive to provide you with support, understanding, and a listening ear.

There are times when you just need to talk to someone, to let off steam, or sort through your day.  The Warm Line is not a Crisis Line, but is a resource to utilize before you hit the point of crisis.

We offer a variety of employment services, including workshops, resources for meeting needs before employment can begin, support for preparing resumes and interview preparation, and we have hosted job fairs.

We have an incredible team that plans the outings and activities monthly—seasonal outings like visiting the zoo, watching hockey, hiking through the gorge, and other fun to be had with peers.
