This August, Pier 360 is excited to introduce new opportunities to reconnect with nature and honor our collective wellness. We’ll be spending more time outdoors, enjoying guided hikes along some of the most beautiful trails our area has to offer.

Leading these adventures is our wonderful Pier 360 Active Team from Sports and Recreation. We're thrilled to welcome Mallory, our new Sports and Recreation Lead, and Emily, joining us as Sports and Recreation Peer Support. Your enthusiasm and compassionate leadership are already making a meaningful difference at Pier 360—welcome aboard!

We're also marking Wellness and Overdose Awareness Month with meaningful offerings throughout August:

  • Wellness Wednesdays (1st and 3rd Wednesdays) return just in time to help us pause, reset, and reflect on what keeps us well.

  • A new Buried in Treasures support group offers a compassionate space for anyone navigating clutter management challenges beginning August 7.

  • Soulful Strolls, our newest Friday offering at 11 AM, invites you to walk, connect, and ground in nature and community.

And as always, our Pier 360 Warm Line remains open daily from 4 PM to midnight for non-crisis support, encouragement, and a listening ear.

Pier 360 continues to offer opportunities to get involved—both volunteer and paid roles are available for those who want to be part of our peer-led movement.

Connecting with nature is a powerful way to soothe our nervous systems and support overall mental and physical wellness. Take advantage of the beautiful Pacific Northwest weather and join us for an invigorating and refreshing outdoor experience.
