Sometimes a conversation stays with us.
Sometimes a conversation changes our lives.
This GiveMore24!, Pier 360 is beginning 100 Conversations, a year-long initiative collecting stories about the conversations that have mattered in our lives.
We're beginning with two questions:
What was the first conversation that changed everything for you?
or
What was the first conversation where you felt heard?

Why 100 Conversations?
Peer support is rooted in connection and lived experience.
Sometimes connection begins with something simple: one person making space for another person to speak and be heard.
100 Conversations is an opportunity to explore those moments together.
There Is No One Way to Tell Your Story
We're inviting peers, staff, volunteers, Board members, friends, families, community partners, and others connected to Pier 360 to contribute.
Your conversation doesn't have to be a perfectly written story.
Write about it.
Draw it.
Photograph an object that reminds you of it.
Make something.
Record yourself talking about it.
Share a few sentences.
Tell the story in whatever way feels natural to you.
Over the next year, we'll collect and share these conversations, with hopes of eventually bringing them together in a community display or zine.
So, What Was Your Conversation?
What was the first conversation that changed everything for you—or where you felt heard?
We would love to hear your response.
Email: connect@pier360.org with your response.
